The Centre for Jazz and Popular Music proudly presents Lu Dlamini on Wednesday 07 August 2024 at 17:30.
August is Women’s month. Please join Lu Dlamini a Durban-based, South African vocalist and a traditional instrumentalist.
She will also be sharing a song or two from her soon-to-be-released Album. “It’s songs and sounds composed in a process of trying to educate myself about peace and Ubuntu” said Dlamini.
Dlamini will be joined by Zibusiso Makhathini on piano, Ntobeko Shandu on bass, Marius Botha on guitar and Riley Giandhari on drums.
