MUSIC THROUGH THE AGES – Rhumbelow Durban (two shows)

Saints Music Academy was started 16 years ago just after Music education was no longer subsidized by the Department of Education. Most schools have the facilities but there were empty classes and so The Saints Music Academy was established. We are based at St Andrew’s School Bloemfontein, but are a completely independent institution. Music lessons are offered in a wide range of instruments.

Music through the ages will keep your foot tapping and you singing with to all the well-known songs. We invite you to be part of a journey through time! We look forward to seeing you!
Our department teaches Piano, Drums, Bass, Guitar and vocal and so as soon as our students were able to play, we started making bands to give the students the opportunity to use their skills in a group. This has been a great success story! We have bands with kids from the age of 8 years old already! The skills they learn over and above the instrument itself is immeasurable. They learn how to play with others and work as a group, and to see how they grow as individuals in confidence as little humans is incredibly rewarding.
