MTN Joyous Celebration’s Restoration Show Bigger and Better

South Africa’s leading gospel ensemble, MTN Joyous Celebration announced the third edition of its Restoration – Imvuselelo with Friends of Joyous to close off 2022 with a special rendering at Emperors Palace on 16 and 17 December.

The Restoration show follows a successful inter-continental tour where MTN Joyous Celebration did not leave anything to chance. “We are humbled by the support we have received from our partners, fans, and supporters. After a difficult phase across the globe, it is truly humbling to have been able to give and receive as much as we have this year. We have had the opportunity to lift people’s spirits across South Africa, SADC, and East Africa – and this is because we knew how much people needed this intervention post the pandemic. We also needed it! It is therefore apt to present our 3rd instalment of The Restoration – Imvuselelo show to say thank you to everyone who has been on our side for the past 26 years, and especially this year as we worked hard to reintroduce ourselves and present an incredible tour to South Africa and the Diaspora,” says Pastor Jabu Hlongwane – Founding Director.

In December 2020 MTN Joyous Celebration launched the Restoration show in Durban in a bid to reclaim what had been lost, to restore hope and celebrate victories through music and dance. “We are now presenting this spectacular show against the same backdrop of why it was launched in the first place. What sets this show apart from the rest of the tour shows is that we bring our Joyous Friends onto stage – and they are not only Gospel artists, but music artists. The show loads of worship and praise songs,” adds Hlongwane.

MTN Joyous Celebration Restoration will be a hybrid production, as per previous instalment with a live audience and will also be streamed live for the enjoyment of our Joyous family, friends and music lovers who cannot join us in person from the comfort of their homes and / or holiday destinations. “Everywhere in the world and wherever our supporters, family and friends are, we will bring Joyous to you,” adds Mkhize.

Tickets for MTN Joyous Celebration Restoration – Imvuselelo with friends of Joyous friends are available from Webtickets and Pick n Pay outlets nationwide from R300.

To stream the show, live on the day and access a lot more Joyous content, MTN customers can access www.joyoustv.com for free, and non-MTN customer can watch the show for R100 per person.
